Lemon Berry Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (about 15-18 ounces) lemon cake mix

  • 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling

  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries)

  • Optional: Powdered sugar for dusting or vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  1. Layer the Ingredients:

    • Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the cherry pie filling on top of the blueberry layer. Sprinkle the mixed berries over the pie fillings.

  1. Add Cake Mix:

    • Evenly sprinkle the lemon cake mix over the fruit layers.

  1. Pour Melted Butter:

    • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. Ensure that the entire surface is covered.

  1. Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

  1. Cool:

    • Allow the Lemon Berry Dump Cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
