S'mOreos

Ingredients:

  • Oreo cookies (regular or your favorite flavor)

  • Marshmallows (regular or mini)

  • Milk chocolate bars or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven or Use Broiler:

    • Preheat your oven to a low broil setting or use a kitchen torch.

  1. Assemble S'mOreos:

    • Take apart the Oreo cookies and place a piece of chocolate (either a square from a chocolate bar or chocolate chips) on one side of each cookie.

  1. Add Marshmallow:

    • Place a marshmallow (or mini marshmallows) on top of the chocolate.

  1. Broil or Torch:

    • If using an oven, place the prepared Oreo halves on a baking sheet and broil for just a minute or until the marshmallow starts to brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

    • If using a kitchen torch, carefully torch the marshmallow until it's toasted to your liking.

  1. Top with Another Oreo Half:

    • Take another Oreo half and place it on top of the marshmallow, pressing down gently to sandwich the s'mores filling.

  1. Serve:

    • Allow the S'mOreos to cool for a moment before serving.

  1. Optional: Dip in Chocolate (Optional):

    • For an extra chocolatey experience, you can melt some chocolate and dip the S'mOreos halfway. Allow them to cool and set before serving.
