Instructions:

1. Marinate and Cook Beef:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce.

Toss the thinly sliced beef in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.

In a hot skillet or wok, cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.

2. Prepare Soup Base:

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Sauté for about 30 seconds.

Ladle the hot soup with vegetables over the noodles.

Top with the cooked beef slices.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish the soup with sliced green onions, red chili flakes (if desired), fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.

Optional Tips:

For extra heat, you can add a dash of Sriracha or more chili garlic sauce.

Experiment with different vegetables like bean sprouts or baby spinach.
